I have established a studio with a relaxed, friendly and safe atmosphere, offering a very high standard of tattooing and body piercing. The reference and design material collected over the years gives a broader choice than many other studios. Most of the work done is custom cover-ups (re-working or completely hiding old, ill advised or just plain bad tattoos) and the majority of my customers come from personal recommendations, although I will do everything from custom lettering and football badges to black and grey portraits and full colour fine line pieces.
The whole point of the studio is to offer something different to the run of the mill tattoo shops springing up everywhere.
Border Rose Tattoo Studio is located in Littleborough, 4 miles from the centre of Rochdale, 6 miles from Todmorden (my home town!) more or less on the border between Lancashire and West Yorkshire (hence the name) with easy access by train - the station is half a mile from the studio and the closest motorway exit is 21 (Milnrow, Shaw) M62.
The studio and treatment area is all on the ground floor which allows for wheelchair access.
With a background in art and design and experience in tattooing since 1991 I can offer more than most - handmade jewellery, t-shirts, stickers, piercing jewellery and more.
